still makes overland and normal dungeons/trials very doable (though I do stick to healing the latter, I'm not going to make randoms deal with my personal spec preferences) and that's really all I care about as far as organized group content goes.Īnyone have any Dragonknight tanking tips? I'm used to tanking in WoW where I get snap AOE agro and then just have to press my buttons. I definitely keep playing this game for all the other things, I do enjoy combat to a degree, but I do not play competitively at all, so I slow it down for myself to a pace that doesn't make my character look epileptic and allows me to use my abilities in a way that i enjoy.
I haven't tried everything out there, so I cannot say definitively, but other MMO's still have slower combat.

You all like tab target cooldown based combat. ok, kitty druid and rogue can sprint, but cooldown on those is just. only my monk can roll out of things, everything else is forced to run slowly. in wow, my best case scenario is that I get a cooldown, worst case scenario, I have no reliable interrupt at all. i LOVE being able to dodge roll and block and interrupt at will. it has a lot of moments even for someone like me who cannot weave to save my life. while ESO does have many issues, objectively combat is NOT horrible.
